"Their business hours is just a joke in this location. I called them many times during their business hours and nobody answered it. The third time I stopped by during their business hours, thank goodness, The office was open and a lady named Joy was there but she is not a insurance agent according to her. She made an appointment for me with Eric, the agent. I finally switched my auto insurance to state farm. Two days later, I tried to reach them again for my home owner insurance but nobody ever picked up their phone during their posted business hours. I finally emailed to Joy, the lady who set my appointment last time and she responded. After emailing back and forth trying to figure out the time that worked with both, we finally set up an appointment for late afternoon (I had to drop other things due to my intensive schedule.) When I showed up on time, their office closed and nobody was there. I was more than mad! I'm curious how could they still stay in business?"
